"Beautiful Relaxing Home on the Canal"

We had a wonderful time at this house. The kids were in the heated pool 24/7 and we were able to catch up on some long needed rest. We had a visitor in our canal one day and we were able to swim with a manatee. We went deep sea fishing another day and grilled our fish for dinner. It was a very pleasant experience. We took a trip to Key West and we highly recommend the restaurant Blue Heaven. It is our all time favorite vacation restaurant!  926 75^th street

"Great Property"

Great: neighborhood, layout, dock, master suite, kitchen, pool, outside spa, landscaping, dealings with owner/broker a few correctable weak spots: wifi router, tvs need updates (and new locations in bedrooms), garage doors need mantaince. Only complaints: small living room that only accomidates 3 people, no screen limits use of OUTSTANDING backyard. All told, we all loved every minute of our week.  320 13^th street

"Wonderful "

Our experience with this house and with Brad was wonderful,as usual. Brad is always accomodating and the house is beautiful and well laid out. We came this time to celebrate our 1st anniversary (we got married in the Keys last Dec 1st), and it could not have been more memorable. When we are at this house we feel like we are in our own tropical resort, with the pool, palm trees, privacy and even the Iguana's. Thanks Brad. 320 13^th street

"Paradise at its best!"

We had the thrill of spending Dec. 26th through Jan. 2nd at this beautiful home in Key Colony Beach in the beautiful Florida Keys. We have been visiting the keys since the 70's, renting homes up and down the islands as well as in the Carribbean and the continental U.S. This home was extraordinary in design, landscaping, outdoor comfort with heated pool and spa with beautiful view. The house was immaculate, well stocked, comfortable beds and furniture. What made it extraordinary was Brads efforts to keep instructions organized and being available for whatever was needed. He is not only the property manager but also a concierge. For a family vacation, this was the best New Years we ever had. New years Eve in the spa drinking champagne watching the fireworks and the stars. We will definitely return to rent this home again. Thank you Brad.  320 13^th
