Located directly on the water facing west, it is one of the most private spots at Indigo Reef. View spectacular sunsets from the Adirondack chairs on the upper and lower decks. Enjoy convenient parking right outside the front door, for both you and your guests. Ceiling fans and door screens have been added to this luxurious home, to allow you to switch off the AC to enjoy the world-renown “Key’s Breezes”.
Premium HD cable TV service and high speed internet, including secure Wi-Fi are provided. The off-site cleaning of all bedding and linen is included in the rental of this home- thus there is no need to think about doing this unit’s laundry on the busy day you depart.
The lower level of this home features a spacious and modern kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.
The breakfast bar and dining room table provide ample seating to enjoy a meal from the comfort of home. A sofa tucked away in a large alcove, with multiple windows, folds out into a queen sleeper for additional sleeping arrangements.
The highlight of the living area is the incredible water-front view framed by French doors, which open to the west-facing deck. The living room’s comfortable furnishings are centered on the large, cable equipped, flat screen TV with sound bar and blu-ray DVD player.
This three bedroom villa accommodates up to six guests total. The Master Bedroom features a King-sized bed, private balcony and en suite Master Bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed and the third bedroom holds two twin beds. There is an upstairs guest bathroom for your convenience as well as a full size washer and dryer.
The views of the tranquil Gulf of Mexico are amazing from both the upper and lower level decks. The villa’s location offers privacy and peaceful relaxation on the decks, away from the noise of the pool and dock areas. You will feel a sense of paradise and relaxation here that is hard to match.
This home features an assigned covered parking spot as well as additional parking in front of the home.
Walk to your 31 foot dock slip, which situated close to Gulf of Mexico marina entrance. The boat slip is near the ice machine, bath house and the Resort’s exquisite heated salt water pool. Additional Resort amenities include a fitness center.

Docking - 31 feet of docking overall length. We can give you numbers to arrange Boat Trailer parking and guide you to the best boat ramp for your needs. The slip is just a short walk away from the view of the home which offers a direct Gulf Front location.
Bedrooms/Accommodates (3/6) - The master suite features a king mattress and the other two bedrooms feature a queen mattress and two twins respectively. There is also a pull out couch in the living area.
Bathrooms (2.5) - There are 2 1/2 bathrooms in total with guest baths up and down and a private bath for the Master Suite.
Beach/View - This INDIGO REEF resort home features a remarkable view from both the upper and lower level decks, living room and Master Suite. Sombrero Beach is a ten minute drive from the Resort. Curry Hammock State park, Sunset Beach and Cocoplum Beach are all within a ten minute drive from the resort as well.

We had a fantastic time in Indigo Reef. The house was beautiful and perfect for all our needs. The pool area and the surrounding area were also great.

“Great place to stay”
Our family of 6 adults stayed in number 5 for a week & had a great time! Accommodation was really good - spacious & well equipped. The location is good and views onto the water really good; we saw some amazing sunsets from our balcony. The pool is a great size & plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas and the grounds were immaculate. I would definitely recommend Indigo Reef.

Indigo Reef 5 Information
NO Trailers may be towed into resort!
The Resort is located at 11600 1st Avenue Gulf, Marathon FL 33050
Charcoal Grilling Stations are located throughout the Resort on a first come first serve basis. You will need your own charcoal.
Garbage collection Stations are located adjacent to carports
Your home comes with a carport which is located near the unit and it is numbered. You may use this carport only for your primary vehicle. Additional cars may be parked in either of the overflow parking lots located to the left and right of the main drive as you enter the resort.
Parking Passes must be used and additional passes are located in your unit in the house instruction binder.
You are not allowed to park on the grass in front of units for loading or any other purpose. If your vehicle is responsible for damaging the sod or landscape at the resort, the HOA will hold you responsible and submit the bill to Coco Plum Vacation Rentals. The cost will be added to the credit card on file, so please do not park on the grass.
Boat trailers are Strictly Prohibited within the resort grounds. Towing a trailer inside the resort grounds will not be accepted at any time under any circumstances and doing so may result in a fine.
Arrange storage for your trailer in advance and save the headaches of improper planning

2. The Boat House
If you are arriving late in the evening you may choose to store your trailer at the Boat House at Coral Lagoon Resort as a more expensive choice but very good service.
Coral Lagoon Resort is located at 12399 Overseas Highway Marathon FL 33050 (Appx. ½ mi from Indigo)
*Night arrivals should park trailer in front of boat house at Resort in parking adjacent to US RT 1
*Day arrivals should walk to the boat house for instructions or call number below

Your home comes with a dock slip which is labeled at its location at the dock. Look for villa # 5 and disregard the slip # as it is inconsequential
Your slip is limited to 31 feet overall length. If you are over 31 feet in overall length, it will be your responsibility seek arrangements and relocate your vessel to a marina.
Your home is in a residential neighborhood. We demand that quiet hours are observed after 10 pm
Violators WILL be evicted
If you have a pet friendly unit and have a recurring problem keeping your pet quiet you will be asked to make Kennel arrangements.
The Fitness room is accessible 24/7 with a key on your house set of keys located inside the home. The center is located at the 1st building on right when entering resort.
