  • Each of our homeowners will be provided with a personalized and secure online owner account. The online account allows our homeowners to access information such as the property calendar for their home, view existing reservations, as well as let them make their own reservations online. Each account is secured by a personalized login and password.
  • Repairs will be handled by our office and explained on the monthly statement. No need for you to make calls to attempt to find vendors.
  • All monies collected from your guest are held in an FDIC, Trust account. Each month an independent bookkeeper reviews and balances this account. And, as an additional level of security, a CPA reviews these accounts quarterly.

  • Damage Waiver Protection Plan: In the unlikely event of damages, we utilize an insurance program through CSA to protect your property for up to $3,000 in damages.
  • Trip Protection Plan: Guests and Owners can feel confident booking with Coco Plum Realtors as we offer Trip Protection insurance to provide coverage for unforeseen cancellations or mandatory evacuations.
  • Coco Plum Vacation Rentals, LLC is dedicated to providing guests with an outstanding vacation experience. We take the extra time and make the additional effort to assist guests by answering their questions, helping them plan their vacation activities, and anticipating their needs by keeping guest directories and offering welcome packages.
  • In addition to office hours M-S from 9-5, we offer guests the ability to reach our local, on-call staff, 24/7 through a dedicated after-hours emergency line manned by a local resident.

Coco Plum Vacation Rentals is licensed with Monroe County, the City of Marathon and the City of Key Colony Beach. We are trained and certified as professional property managers.

Most Frequently Asked Question - What makes Coco Plum Vacation Rentals different?

We are a small but very efficient and detail oriented company. We have a very high staff to property ratio so that we can physically inspect our properties on a regular basis. Because of this we can immediately address any issues and keep our properties in top condition.

All of our guests are required to purchase a damage policy that protects the homeowner against damages, this is far more protection than a $500 security deposit. Additionally, guests are required to place a charge card on file to cover any intentional damages such as smoking or sneaking in a pet. Because we are aggressive in this we have not had any issues with guest violating our policies.

We believe we must “Inspect what we Expect” and so all of our properties are reviewed after each guest by a member of our staff. Owners immediately will notice the improvement to the condition of their property.
