The private dock offers 35 feet of dockage, putting your next day on the water just steps away. With direct ocean access, it’s easy to head out for a morning of fishing or an afternoon exploring the Keys. Back at the house, 30/50-amp shore power, a standard outlet, a fish cleaning station with water, a bait freezer, and a Hoshizaki ice maker help make dockside routines convenient.
The ground-level elevator entrance offers convenient access to the second and third floors, making it easy to bring luggage and groceries upstairs.
2nd Level of the Home
The second level brings everyone together in the kitchen, dining area, and main living room. Ease into the morning with freshly brewed coffee, prepare a favorite meal, or gather for an evening of conversation after a day in the sunshine. The dining area seats nine, with four additional seats at the bar, while the living room offers a Smart TV for relaxed nights in.
Just off the living room, the private balcony invites you outside to enjoy the open water views and coastal breeze. With seating for six, it’s a welcoming spot for morning coffee or unwinding at the end of the day.
Bedroom 4 is also located on this level, offering a King bed and Smart TV, with a bathroom conveniently located in the hallway.
3rd Level of the Home
After a day of boating, swimming, or exploring Marathon, retreat to the third level for a comfortable night’s rest. The Primary Suite features a King bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a dual vanity.
Adjacent to the Primary Suite, Bedroom 2 offers a King bed, Smart TV, and its own en-suite bathroom. These two bedrooms share a balcony overlooking the open water.
Bedroom 3 includes a triple Twin bunk bed and Full pull-out sofa, with access to a bathroom in the hallway. Every bedroom is equipped with power blinds, making it easy to settle in for the evening.
The laundry area includes two washing machines and two dryers for added convenience.

Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
Pool heating or chilling is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
