As you step through the front entryway of this home, you are greeted by a welcoming hallway that leads you through the first floor. On your right, the Queen bedroom awaits, complete with an ensuite bath featuring a spacious walk-in shower for your convenience.

Just a bit further down the hall, you'll find the entrance to the garage, stocked with an impressive array of guest amenities. These include 2 paddleboards, 2 single kayaks, 2 bicycles for a relaxing ride, beach chairs, fishing rods, and beach loungers, perfect for days spent soaking up the sun. Additionally, there are 2 inflatable double kayaks for group adventures on the water.

Across from the garage, the laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, an extra refrigerator, and a sink/toilet for added convenience when out by the pool.

At the center of the hallway is a stairway leading up to the main living areas. At the end of the hall, a door opens up to the patio, pool deck, and dock area—offering a seamless transition to the outdoor oasis where you can enjoy the water and sunshine.

On the second level, which serves as the main floor of the home, you’ll find two bedrooms and an inviting open-concept living area. At the top of the stairs and down the hall is the first bedroom, designed with a fun and functional double bunk bed setup: one bunk is a twin over full-mattress, and the other is a twin over twin. Right across the hall is a full bathroom, conveniently located for easy access from the bunk room or shared spaces.

At the end of the hallway, the expansive primary bedroom awaits, offering a serene retreat with its own ensuite bathroom for privacy and comfort.

On the opposite end of the hallway, the space opens up into a bright and airy living room, dining area, and kitchen, all seamlessly connected for an open-concept feel. The living room, filled with natural light, features double sliding doors that lead out to the balcony. This outdoor space is perfect for relaxation or dining, with plenty of seating and a table set for meals overlooking the pool deck and serene open waters below. Whether indoors or outdoors, the space invites you to soak in the beautiful views.
 

••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

"My wife said this was a house out of "home and garden tv." Inside and outside of the house is beautiful. Its perfect for boaters that rent or bring their own to the dock. The pool didnt need heat in November, was perfect temp all the time. It has pool lights that come on with the porch lights off at night. We used the Keurig extensively, relocated from the washer/drier room. We would love to come back a year from now when all the new home construction in the neighborhood is finished. Every morning we watched the lobster boats pass by around 7am with coffee on the back deck. Its about an hr from Key West which we took advantage of. We probably spent most of the time in the pool or snorkeling around the dock. Bicycles, kayaks, and fishing poles are ready to go in the garage as well. A couple small issues were resolved within an hr of notice and Coco Plum did a great job staying on top of anything we needed."

Coco Plum Vacation Rentals provides a complimentary starter kit of soaps, trashbags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.

••• Cancellations & Change Policy: Reservations booked directly with VRM that are canceled, in writing, at least 60 days prior to the start of the stay will receive a full refund, less a $350+ tax change fee.  Less than 60 days prior to the start no refunds will be issued. Changes, when available, require a $350+ tax fee, plus any rate & fees increase & are subject to approval.
