1st Level of the Home (Outdoor Oasis)
Step outside and settle into the waterfront lifestyle. Start your morning with coffee by the water, then spend the afternoon sharing a meal at the outdoor dining table or stretching out in the lounge seating. With plenty of outdoor seating options, this space invites you to slow down and enjoy time together.
Fire up the Blackstone grill for an easy outdoor dinner after a day of exploring the Keys. A bait freezer near the dock helps keep everything ready for your next adventure on the water.
The home features a 30' slip and a 40' slip for seawall dockage, with power, water, and a fish-cleaning station. With easy Gulf access, you can head out for a morning of fishing and return in time for a leisurely afternoon at home.
1st Level of the Home
The first level offers two private bedroom suites, giving guests a comfortable place to unwind after a sun-filled day.
Bedroom 4 features a King bed, Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 offers two Queen beds and a Smart TV, with room to get comfortable and recharge for another day in the Keys. Please note that bedrooms 4 & 5 have separate entrances on the ground floor and do not connect to the main level of the home.
2nd Level of the Home
Head upstairs to the main gathering space, where relaxed evenings and shared meals come naturally. Gather your group in a comfortable spot to watch a movie on the Smart TV, catch up after a day on the water, or plan tomorrow’s adventures.
The indoor dining area accommodates approximately 12 guests, bringing everyone together for everything from leisurely breakfasts to family dinners. Step onto the balcony for fresh air and additional outdoor seating for six—an inviting place to sip your morning coffee or linger over an evening conversation.
When it’s time to turn in, Bedroom 3 offers a Queen bed, Full bunk beds, a Samsung Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom. Just next door, Bedroom 2 features a King bed, Smart TV, desk, printer, and an en-suite bathroom, giving you a comfortable retreat with a convenient workspace if needed.
3rd Level of the Home
The third level is home to the Primary Bedroom, featuring a King bed, Smart TV, en-suite bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the water. Tucked away upstairs, this private space offers a comfortable setting to wind down, enjoy a favorite show, and rest up for another day of boating, swimming, and exploring the Florida Keys.

Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 10 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
