Lounge around the outdoor patio table while your family plays in the pool or spillover spa and enjoy the sight of the Gulf as your backdrop. When the sun goes down light a fire in the fire pit to enjoy fun and friends well into the evening - don't forget to bring the supplies to make some s'mores! Do you want to grill your supper? A propane grill on the top patio of the property makes it easy. There's even a boat dock that lets you tie up your own boat to use for ocean adventures. The property is also located next to a peaceful coral lagoon. The fully fenced in yard is perfect for your pets to enjoy paradise as much as you will!

Of course, you aren't going to spend all of your time outside, and Sunsets in Paradise has plenty of room and amenities inside to make your vacation comfortable. The larger upper level of the home has a spacious dining room that seats up to 10 people. The upper level has sleeping space for up to six people, with one bedroom with two Twin beds, another bedroom with a Queen bed, and a master suite with a King bed. The living area has seating for up to 12 people.

The separate lower level of the property has a sitting area that accommodates up to eight. Imagine lounging on the comfortable couches as you enjoy your favorite movie on the large flat-screen TV. If you want to grab a quick snack, you don't have to head upstairs. A breakfast kitchen complete with a fridge, sink, drink cooler, and coffee maker means you can store some snacks close at hand.

The lower level of Sunsets in Paradise has two additional bedrooms. One has a King bed with a new TV as well as spa towels and baskets for clothing while the other has a bunk bed with a Full size on the bottom and a Twin on top. The lower level and upper level are completely separated from each other making this property a great place for friends or multiple families to vacation together and still enjoy their privacy.

Sunsets in Paradise is very close to the famed Dolphin Research center and the Wreck Grill. Getting to Sunsets in Paradise is easy by private flights into the Marathon airport or fly into Fort Lauderdale, Miami, or Key West and take a scenic drive to Marathon.

This is a pier style dock - The dock goes straight out to the bay and it is on open water. The dock is more set up for a boat with outboard motors that can be raised since it is shallow at low tide.  Boat lengths of 22 ft at a max.

It is not a protected dock it is on the open water so if the water is very rough you will have to take the boat out of the water and make sure to bring extra bumpers with you. Southside of the dock has some bumper protection for a boat - The north side of the dock does not have bumper protection. Water and electricity are not available at the dock. The captain must use good judgment and be aware of weather conditions. The captain must be aware of tide changes, wind, and wave action.

Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee to bed for that number. Please read bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 10 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per additional guest, this includes children & infants.

This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet / per week. Cats are not allowed.

Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
