Welcome to Cielos Del Mar! This unique home features two separate 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom units which is ideal for large groups as you may rent both sides to accommodate up to 16 guests. If you're only renting one half, don't worry! Each side has it's own private pool and plenty of privacy fencing and landscaping between the two with the ability to open up the divider on the main terrace if you're renting both sides. Cielos Del Mar was newly constructed with thought in mind to provide everything you need for your stay.

This home features 40ft of dockage per side so if you're renting both sides you may bring 2 boats down with you. Boater's will appreciate the easy ocean access and the convenient location as well as power and water available at the dock. There's a bait freezer available for your use as well.

Located in the quiet community of Key Colony Beach, Cielos Del Mar is walking distance to several local restaurants as well as Sunset Park located at the south end of Key Colony. Enjoy the tropical landscaping that surrounds the area while you watch the sun set over the open ocean. Children will love the playground located on 1st st just up the road.

Relax on the upper level balcony and enjoy ocean breezes while you wrap up your day with a cocktail or tea. This brand new home features open water views from the front balconies. Each side of Cielos Del Mar has three bedrooms; the Master suite features a King sized bed with and ensuite bathroom, the 2nd bedroom features another King sized bed and the 3rd room is furnished with a Full over Queen bunkbed. The 2nd a 3rd bedroom share a Jack and Jill style bathroom located between the two rooms and all bathrooms feature custom tiled showers. Each bedroom has it's own TV with cable and highspeed wireless internet throughout the house. There's plenty of living area inside the home to hang out and watch a movie or play cards after cooking up a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Don't want to cook on vacation? Dine out at one of the local restaurants that offer some of the freshest seafood you can experience.

Downstairs by the private, heated pool you'll find a covered seating area with a TV and ceiling fans as well as a gas grill for cooking out poolside or preparing your catch of the day. This home is seated on a fully fenced in lot with driveway gates for both sides. Newly built with all of the amenities you need to relax and enjoy your stay down here in paradise!

Please note there is no boat trailer parking at this home. Guests may use the Key Colony Beach Lot.

Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

Maximum occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee bedding for that number. Please read bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however, we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest.

This home is pet friendly (under 25 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet / per week. Cats are not allowed.
