Welcome to Aqua Vista, located in the heart of the Florida Keys! This newly renovated Florida Keys vacation rental sits conveniently in a quiet residential community with 40' of dockage behind the home with room for you to bring your boat or rent one while you're down here. The steps leading down to the floating platform provide the perfect place to launch kayaks or paddleboards that are also available for rent during your stay.
The outdoor area of this home was designed with your comfort in mind and features a unique, large tiki area that partially covers the pool. There is a gas grill located poolside, perfect for cooking up your catch of the day. Fish directly from the dock or experience world class fishing on the Atlantic Ocean or Gulf of Mexico, both easily accessible by boat from the canal. The one of a kind pool features a spillover spa and built in bar stool seating as well as ample poolside loungers for ultimate relaxation. A retractable awning shades the pool during hot days and provides extra shade to fully enjoy the pool and outdoor areas. A fully fenced in yard ensures maximum privacy while relaxing in paradise.
This home is a stilt style home accessible by stairs located at the front and back of the house. Inside you'll find tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings. This home was newly renovated and designed to be the ideal Florida Keys getaway. The main living area boasts a large flat screen TV surrounded by a plush wrap around couch with plenty of room to spread out for a movie night after a long day on the water or soaking up some sun by the pool. The kitchen is equipped with updated appliances and everything you need for cooking up a meal from the comfort of your own home. Don't feel like cooking? Order out from one of the many local restaurants offering some of the freshest seafood available. Both the inside dining table and the outside covered dining area seat six comfortably with space for a family dinner inside or outside at your preference.
The first bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King sized bed and an en-suite master bathroom for your convenience. The oversized second bedroom has two King sized beds and an additional rollaway bed available for your use as well. Only the second bedroom features a large flat screen TV. The hallway bath was built with a walk-in shower and laundry room with a washer and dryer, perfect for rinsing off bathing suits after a day at the beach.
Off street parking includes room for your boat trailer and several parking spaces in the driveway, so bring the whole family down to enjoy this slice of paradise!
Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 4 in the amount of $15+ tax/night, this includes children & infants.
This home is not pet friendly.
Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
