Enjoy a meal or a glass of wine on the deck as you watch the sky change colors with the famous Marathon sunsets. The backyard is the perfect place to relax after a long day of fun! Surrounded by tropical landscaping, plenty of seating, and an outdoor shower, it's paradise! This home has abundant parking for both cars and boat trailers.

You will have everything you need at this 50 ft dock, including a fish cleaning station, bait freezer, and ice maker to fill up your cooler before heading out for the day. 

This home is located in the heart of Marathon, just a few moment's drive from grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and beaches!

Marathon is located an hour from Key West and Key Largo. This location is close enough to make the Keys accessible, but far enough to offer some privacy from the tourist scene.

For something to do when you are not enjoying your home guest enjoy a visit to the nearby world-famous one and only Turtle Hospital or the Dolphin Research Center. Or perhaps you can take a day trip to Key West and enjoy famed sunsets and street performances at Mallory Square.
 
Locally you will find abundant dive shops, restaurants, bars, fishing charters, and snorkel trips.

Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee to bed for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per additional guest, this includes children & infants.

This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet / per week. Cats are not allowed.

Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
