Welcome to Calypso Cottage ~ Located in the Heart of the Florida Keys!
As you enter Sombrero Beach Rd, a quiet and peaceful island community, you are immediately immersed in a tropical atmosphere supported by azure water views. Calypso Cottage is located a short drive down Sombrero Beach Blvd and perfectly embodies the relaxing and true Keys ambiance you came for. Picture yourself enjoying sea breezes from your balcony overlooking the canal. Enjoy a glass of wine and hum along to some Jimmy Buffet as you experience leisure and luxury available only in Paradise.
The open and airy layout of this home provides an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. The Living Area of the Home features ample, comfortable seating centered around a large flat-screen television with basic cable access. Large Paned Glass Windows frame views of palm trees and stunning canal views. The sliding glass doors open up onto a balcony that leads to a outside seating area, the perfect place to enjoy an early morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
The fully equipped kitchen is brightly designed and is stocked with all small appliances; including a toaster, blender, and coffee pot. The dining area features seating for four guests, plus two additional seats at the kitchen bar.
The master bedroom is furnished with a King sized bed and an ensuite master bathroom. The guest bedroom is appointed with two Twin sized beds and the large window lets in plenty of Florida Keys sunshine. For your convenience, the full guest bathroom is located directly adjacent to the guest bedroom. At Coco Plum Vacation Rentals we provide all of the bath towels and linens you need for your stay in paradise.
This home is perfectly located just 1.3 Miles from the famous Sombrero Beach, the perfect distance to ride a bike or walk for a day in the sun! Calypso Cottage has ample parking for cars and a boat trailer.

Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee to bed for that number. Please read bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 4 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per additional guest, this includes children & infants.
This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet / per week. Cats are not allowed.
Rentals are Sat-Sat during Peak and Holiday season

An excellent vacation property in an outstanding location and the best value we have experienced in the Keys! Surpassed our expectations. I have been recommending Coco Plum Vacation Rentals since my visit and have been showing pics of Calypso Cottage to all our friends and recommending.
