Welcome to Barracuda Bungalow ~ Located in the Heart of the Florida Keys!
Marathon is a quiet and peaceful island community, you are immediately immersed in a tropical atmosphere supported by azure water views. Barracuda Bungalow is located a short drive down Overseas Hwy and perfectly embodies the relaxing and true Keys ambiance you came for. Picture yourself enjoying sea breezes from your balcony overlooking the canal. Enjoy a margarita and watch the sunset overlooking the canal to end the perfect day.
The open and airy layout of this home provides an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. The Living Area of the Home features ample, comfortable seating centered around a large flat-screen television with full cable service. Large Paned Glass Windows frame views of palm trees and stunning canal views. The sliding glass doors open up directly to the dock where your boat awaits!
The fully equipped kitchen is brightly designed and is stocked with all small appliances; including a toaster, blender, and coffee pot. The dining area features seating for 4 guests.
The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen sized bed and an ensuite master bathroom. The guest bedroom is appointed with a queen size bed and the spacious living room features a sofa bed. All of the large windows throughout the home let in plenty of Florida Keys sunshine. For your convenience, the full guest bathroom is located directly adjacent to the guest bedrooms. At Coco Plum Vacation Rentals we provide all of the bath towels and linens you need for your stay in paradise.
This home is perfectly located just 2.5 Miles from the famous Sombrero Beach, the perfect distance to ride a bike for a day in the sun! The property is also located less than a mile from local grocery stores and shopping. Barracuda Bungalow has ample parking for cars and a boat trailer.
This unit is part of a triplex that is perfect for large groups! All 3 units have a occupancy of 20 people combined, with 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee to bed for that number. Please read bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 4 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per additional guest, this includes children & infants.
This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet / per week. Cats are not allowed.
Rentals are Sat-Sat during Peak and Holiday season
