The maximum city occupancy is 8 people, please be advised that there are 3 bedrooms, two of them, both have king sized beds, the other has a queen sized bed, there is also a full size daybed located in the sun room. Roll away beds are available upon request.

Key Colony Inn, Causeway Pizza, and Havana Jacks are all within walking distance from your Key Colony vacation home. You can also take advantage of their available offerings for those days when you head out on a boat.
This waterfront Key Colony Beach vacation rental features all the amenities you will need for your ideal fishing trip including 40ft of docking and quick access to the open ocean. Easily reach the Gulf side by using the Vaca Cut Bridge. It's ideal for kayaking, boating, fishing and more. Bring the kids and let them explore the local playground head over to Sunset Beach and enjoy the exquisite sunset.
The enclosed Florida room out back is where you'll spend most of your time at the home. Relax and appreciate the warm ocean breezes as you watch the sunset over the water after a hard day of vacation in paradise.
Inside the home you will find a comfortably appointed living area as well as a fully equipped kitchen just waiting for you to cook up your fresh catch of the day. The three bedrooms feature a two King sized beds and a queen with bathrooms conveniently located by each one.
Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee to bed for that number. Please read bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per additional guest, this includes children & infants.
This home is not pet friendly.
Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

Rentals are Sat-Sat during Peak and Holiday season

"We had a wonderful stay at Coral Cottage. The house was clean upon arrival and had most everything we needed. We would definitely stay again! A few things that would have been even better; the kitchen needed more dish towels, pot holders, and storage containers. In addition, a dust pan was missing from the broom. All in all, it was a wonderful week!"

Absolutely stunning home! The kids loved the private pool, there was plenty of room for all 4 of us (and then some!). Great, family friendly area, quiet but still close to everything. Top 5 best vacation spot!!"

The staff is very attentive and very willing to take care of any issues. We enjoyed our stay. Nice home on a canal with a nice pool.
