This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 10 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest, this includes children & infants.
This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee per pet of $250+ tax per pet / per week. Cats are not allowed.
Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
