The four bedrooms include a master suite with a king-sized bed and Smart TV, Bedroom 2 with a queen bed, Bedroom 3 with a queen bed, and Bedroom 4 with two twin beds. Enjoy two full bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower and another with a bathtub (Note: Bathtub temporarily only able to be used as a shower as of April 2024). The fully equipped kitchen and open-concept living and dining areas offer space for relaxation and entertainment. Stay connected with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and unwind with a 60" smart TV and soundbar. Perfect for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Key Colony Beach.

••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 5 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

"This was a great place for our family trip to Marathon. Very authentic Florida Keys feel with a very comfortable and clean house, an awesome outdoor, enclosed patio and very nice backyard. Tons of recreational equipment including bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and a dock behind the house for those that may look to rent a boat. We rented a boat for the week and the dock worked out great! Would definitely stay again."
