• Modern Amenities: Stay connected and entertained throughout your stay with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Embrace the convenience of smart TVs in both the living room and master bedroom, allowing you to stream your favorite shows and movies with ease.

  - Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 4 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
  
  - Rentals are Sat-Sat during Peak and Holiday season

  -If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. 
  
  -This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet / per week. Cats are not allowed.
