Adjacent to the living area, the open dining area features a table for six and a peninsula bar with casual seating for two, offering ample space for family meals or entertaining. The fully stocked open kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting high-end modern appliances including a 6-burner Wolf gas range, surrounded by gorgeous custom wood cabinetry.

Bedrooms: On the main level, you'll find three of the four bedrooms, each equipped with smart TVs for your entertainment. The primary suite features a luxurious King bed, large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a beautifully tiled step-in shower. Sliding glass doors provide access to the back patio, where you can enjoy tranquil canal views. The second bedroom offers a comfortable King bed, while the third bedroom provides two twin-sized beds.
