Lionfish Lodge is a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath, pet-friendly vacation rental in the prestigious Indigo Reef community, offering stunning Gulf of Mexico views from both upper and lower decks.
Guests can enjoy a range of activities, including lounging by the saltwater pool, fishing, boating, and water sports, with nearby attractions like the Turtle Hospital and Dolphin Research Center.
The home features a spacious first level with a large porch overlooking the Gulf, while the second level includes a master suite with a private balcony and two additional bedrooms.
This tropical retreat offers both relaxation and adventure for a memorable Florida Keys getaway.

• Pet-friendly: Pets are welcome! Please notify us in advance and adhere to our pet policy.
• Fishing Enthusiasts: Your slip includes power and water supply, community fish cleaning stations, and easy Gulf access, just minutes from Vaca Cut for ocean access.
• Parking: This property features 2 parking spots. 1 dedicated parking space in front of the unit, and overflow parking for 1 more vehicle. Additionally, this unit in Indigo Reef offers additional parking right in front of the building.
NOTE: The Indigo Reef resort has strict rules regarding the maximum number of vehicles per unit, and no trailers are allowed on site. See below for trailer parking options.

The modern kitchen, equipped with sleek appliances and ample counter space, overlooks both the dining area and the inviting porch, creating a perfect setup for both indoor and outdoor living. The sliding glass doors off the dining area provide easy access to the porch, ideal for al fresco dining, morning coffee, or enjoying the fresh air.

The second level of the Lionfish Lodge offers a tranquil retreat with its well-appointed master suite and additional bedroom. The master bedroom serves as a peaceful sanctuary, featuring generous space, soft natural light, and a private en-suite bath. The bath is an ensuite with dual vanities, offering both comfort and convenience. Adjacent to the master is a cozy, well-sized second bedroom. Both rooms are thoughtfully designed to create a sense of privacy and relaxation, with ample closet space and a calming atmosphere. Whether enjoying the serenity of the master suite or the versatility of the second bedroom, this level enhances the home's overall appeal with comfort and style.

••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

Indigo Reef Vacation Rentals Information
••• Arrival & Departure Information:
Check-in is 5:00 PM day of arrival.
Check-out is 10:00 AM day of departure.
••• Cancellations & Change Policy: Reservations booked directly with VRM that are canceled, in writing, at least 60 days prior to the start of the stay will receive a full refund, less a $350+ tax change fee. Less than 60 days prior to the start no refunds will be issued. Changes, when available, require a $350+ tax fee, plus any rate & fees increase & are subject to approval.

Coco Plum Vacation Rentals provides a complimentary starter kit of soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.

Garbage is your responsibility and the dumpsters are located close to the unit across the parking lot.
••• Parking:
One (1) covered parking space is included with each unit. There will be a parking pass in the home when you arrive. Please hang this from your rearview mirror during the duration of your stay. There is overflow parking available as well for 1 more vehicle. Additionally, this unit in Indigo Reef offers additional parking right in front of the building.
••• Linens:
The home is fully equipped with linens, sheets, and towels that you will need. Pool(You can use as beach towels) towels are provided.
••• Noise:
• Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 PM.
• Noise needs to be kept to a respectable level at all times.
• Violators WILL be evicted.
••• Grills:
Because these are wood-framed homes, propane, and charcoal grills ARE NOT PERMITTED on any of the porches. There are charcoal grills available for use around the pool area.
••• Fishing:
Fishing is allowed on the resort property.
••• Pool Usage:
Shared resort pool, open from dawn to dusk.
••• Docking:
Your home comes with an assigned dock slip. Do not use any other slip besides your assigned slip. Your slip number will be provided with your arrival information before your reservation. Your slip is limited to 31 feet overall and only one vessel is allowed per slip. If your boat is longer than the allotted 31 feet it will be your responsibility to make arrangements and relocate your vessel to a marina. There will be a boat tag in your unit when you arrive. Please leave that on your boat for the duration of your stay.

No trailers are allowed on Indigo Reef property. For boat trailer storage please contact the Moose Lodge located right across the street from Indigo Reef.
• Moose Lodge – 1st Ave Gulf:
Trailer parking is $10 per day. Call Jerry at 305-481-7187 you can pay the bartender inside the lodge. They are closed on Mondays and open at 3 pm all other days. Leave info in the mailbox if they are closed.
