Whether you want to fish, boat, kayak, or simply relax on the screened-in porch and watch the world go by, this house offers an ideal base for all your water-based adventures. The 50 feet of dock space and room for a trailer in the driveway make it easy to bring your own boat or rent one locally, giving you the freedom to explore the stunning waterways at your leisure.
Indulge in all the comforts of home, including a BBQ grill, dishwasher, cable TV, WIFI, and a convenient washer/dryer. You'll find everything you need to create delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a blender and cocktail glasses for those evening drinks. Enjoy convenient access to downtown Marathon, grocery stores, post office, restaurants, and the beach, all just a stone's throw away.
Finally, it's worth noting that this house is licensed for up to twelve guests, making it a perfect option for small families, couples, or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and convenient vacation rental. Please note that while the house sleeps twelve, there are just the 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, roll away beds are availble to rent if you have a larger party. -Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest, this includes children & infants.
-Special Reminder: This property has an exterior video cameras.
-Rentals are Sat-Sat during Peak and Holiday season

If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately.
-This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet / per week. Cats are not allowed.
