1st Level
As you enter this Marathon Florida rental home, the entryway, flooded with natural light, provides a space to catch your bearings before exploring the rest of the home. Light wood-look tile floors and neutral wall color embrace the waterfront vibe of the property. To your left, a staircase takes you to the upstairs, to the right is the first of two master suites with private ensuite bathroom, and to the front you will find the main living areas.

In the spacious gourmet kitchen of your Luxury Marathon Vacation Rental, which boasts a large breakfast bar, you have everything you need. All of the cookware, a coffee maker and Keurig, toaster, and dishes are ready for you to use. The kitchen has a cooktop, oven, and microwave, so you can cook up your favorite dishes right at home.

The kitchen opens to a cozy living room area. A 75-inch Smart TV is ready for your use so you can enjoy a full range of entertainment options during your vacation. A fully equipped laundry room makes it easy to wash your clothing should you need to after a busy day at the beach. There is a half bathroom on this main floor as well.

The living room opens to one of three furnished terraces, which boast ocean views. Dine outdoors if you wish, because this terrace has a large dining room table and ceiling fan for your enjoyment.The outdoor lounge space is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail while soaking in the sounds and smells of the ocean.

2nd Level
Venture back indoors and head upstairs to explore the three remaining bedrooms. You will find the second of the two master suites with its own private bathrooms and large Smart TVs inside. Enjoy a nightcap while hanging around with your mates with a private ocean view terrace off of this master bedroom. Two additional bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom. There is even a kitchenette and TV room upstairs, so you can have everything at your fingertips.

Ground Level
On the ground floor of the home, a full outdoor kitchen and furnished patio await. Here, a stainless steel BBQ, sink, and fridge make it easy to enjoy the beautiful, fully fenced, yard of this waterfront property, even while cooking. A large 120-inch screen with a projector that allows you to set up an outdoor movie night, which you can enjoy from the pool if you want. Or watch your favorite game on the flat-screen TV. This patio has a corn hole, a countertop bar, and a pool table. Several ceiling fans on the patio keep the air moving and your crew comfortable.

A trip to the Florida Keys is not complete without some time on the water, and this Marathon Florida vacation rental makes that easy as well. It has its own floating dock with room to dock two Jetskis, as well as 36 feet of additional dock space. With your rental, you can use two kayaks and paddleboards that come with the home. The optional heated pool has its own private spa, so you can stay close to home if you wish. Outside security cameras and a separate AC unit on each floor add to the comfort and convenience of this property.

Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest, this includes children & infants.

Vehicle and trailer parking reminder: Maximum of 4 cars and one trailer or 3 cars and 2 small trailers that must be parked within property line. Parking for trailers is in the pea rock in front of the house. 

This home is not pet friendly.

Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

"The pictures are beautiful but still don't do this property justice.  This home is SIMPLY AMAZING!!!  The finishes on this property are WORLD CLASS!!!  Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was there including an outdoor kitchen, heated pool, kayaks, SUP, great outdoor furniture and much more.  To give you an idea of the amenities and superb attention to detail - getting into the Kayak's was a breeze with steps from the dock that lead you to a floating dock!  The pool - not only is is heated but it has a 'Spa' option on one end as well!  The outdoor projector was a big plus as well as we enjoyed watching sporting events at night outside, not to mention the (2) gas fireplaces that were perfect for the Feb weather in the evening.  Another detail that you can't tell from the pictures -  its like you are on a private island since its a gated entrance leading only to 4 homes on the street (very safe), all with pavers!!!  Getting to the ocean is quick as we had access to a boat for some great fishing.  There is some construction going on across the canal but we did not find it intrusive as all of the Keys are experiencing rebuilding after Irma.  We stayed in Casa Playa in Feb 2021 and would recommend this home to the most discerning traveler."

"You can’t beat the location and set up. The house is clean and comfortable. We loved the outdoor space and views. The dock was perfect. You are close to a ton of great restaurants and stores for whatever you need. We will be coming back for sure and recommend this rental to anyone."

"Four couples from my family had an excellent time at Casa Playa. It is a beautiful new home, perfectly outfitted with many conveniences and has outdoor living which had everything we could ask for with pool, kitchen and fire pits. Especially enjoyed the full moon from the upper decks!Comfortable and spacious for all of us. Technology a huge plus, even enjoyed outdoor projector. We found Marathon, local activities and restaurants to be exactly what we needed, but also enjoyed State parks and trip to Key West. Will be perfect once local construction is complete."

"House is brand new with lots of fun amenities to keep the family entertained!! Marathon is still rebuilding and this is one of its new homes that is very customized for all to enjoy. With that said there are homes under construction directly across the canal which go on during the day. We rented a boat and were out on the water when conditions allowed - just know that people are still rebuilding and try not to let the construction disrupt your vacation"
