While the house may be too small to comfortably fit six adults, it can easily accommodate small kids and babies. This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 4 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest, this includes children & infants.

-Rentals are Sat-Sat during Peak and Holiday season

-This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet / per week. Cats are not allowed.
