Situated in Skipjack Resort Marina, Blu Bistro was formerly known as Boot Key Bar & Grill. This on-site hotel restaurant offers plenty of different types of dishes, but we’re here for the pizza. With a deliciously crispy golden crust and plenty of toppings to choose from, you can’t go wrong.

Being located in a hotel, the prices tend to be a bit on the higher side. However, we think the Blu Bistro is well worth the splurge.

This relaxed, boho-style waterside restaurant has plenty on the menu to suit all tastes. It is also known as one of Marathon’s best bars! From BBQ chicken to gluten-free fish tacos, Sparky’s has it all. But their wood-fired pizzas are what really drive the crowds to this small hangout, especially on nights with live music.

Their pizza menu is innovative and creative, offering such pies as Shrimp and Bacon or Double Garlic (both of which are to die for!).

This newly opened Marathon-infused pizza joint is small in size but mighty in taste. The menu at Tito’s is teeny-tiny, with only a small marker board listing the daily menu. That being said, their pizza offerings can change. Still, they usually offer a Build-Your-Own pizza option for a reasonable price and a selection of seafood, including lobster and ceviche.

When they do offer specialty pizzas, they often include creative options such as Ceviche Pizza or Tito’s Pizza con Todo.
