The luxurious third floor offers ocean views and comfort. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite bath, with access to a shared balcony overlooking the ocean. Three additional bedrooms are on this floor, one of which has its ensuite bath, then one more full bathroom for all guests.

••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 10 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This house is not pet-friendly.

••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

••• Special Reminder: This property has exterior video cameras, but none on the interior.
