Conveniently located in Marathon, our vacation rental offers easy access to a wealth of outdoor adventures and attractions. Spend your days exploring nearby beaches and local eateries, embarking on fishing charters, or discovering the vibrant marine life at the Dolphin Research Center. This home on a canal with direct access to the Atlantic Ocean via boat and is within close driving distance to shopping plazas and grocery stores.


-Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 10 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest, including children.

-Rentals are Sat-Sat during Peak and Holiday season
7 night minimum 

-If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. 

-This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet / per week. Cats are not allowed.
