The third bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, and the fourth bedroom is ideal for children or additional guests with its two twin-sized beds.

The heart of the home is the expansive, open-concept kitchen and living area, complete with top-of-the-line appliances and amenities, a breakfast bar with seating for four, and a large Smart TV including cable in the living room for entertainment. Board games are provided for indoor fun, and a half bathroom near the living area adds extra convenience for guests. The main entrance to the balcony, overlooking the pool and bay, is nestled between the kitchen and living room, inviting you to step outside and soak in the stunning surroundings.

The expansive balcony features an outdoor dining table with seating for up to 10, a foosball table and additional plush seating, making it a perfect spot for basking in the picturesque Keys' sunsets with friends and family.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 10 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. Cats are not allowed. All pets need property manager's approval before reservation can be finalized.
