This Florida Keys vacation rental home was newly constructed in 2021 with all of your vacation needs in mind. Thoughtfully designed, Fishy Business offers everything you need to feel comfortably at home during your stay here in Paradise.

Stunning open water views of the Atlantic Ocean are the first thing you notice about this home whether you're relaxing on one of the 2 upper level balconies or catching some sun on the expansive pool deck. These incredible views are visible from all of the bedrooms as well as the living and dining room areas.

1st Level
On the first level of the home you'll find a bright and open floor plan consisting of the upscale kitchen, fully equipped and stocked with all appliances and dishware needed to cook up a five star meal, the spacious dining area with seating for eight guests plus four more at the bar, and the comfortable living area centered around the large, flat screen TV. Floor to ceiling windows highlight the views of the Atlantic Ocean and open up to the large first level balcony furnished with Adirondack chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee before starting your day. Stairs from this balcony lead down to the pool area.

The first level of the home also features a Master Suite with a King sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in shower. More floor to ceiling glass doors lead to the balcony and are covered by light reducing window treatments for those that wish to sleep in. A separate half bathroom is located across the hall for your convenience when utilizing the first level areas.

2nd Level
Upstairs you'll find the rest of the bedrooms as well as a full sized washer and dryer, ideal for washing off sandy bathing suits after a beach day. The Master suite features a King sized bed with an en-suite bathroom and large soaking tub while the third and fourth bedrooms are furnished with another King sized bed and a Queen sized bed with a pullout twin trundle bed respectively. These additional bedrooms also feature en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. All of the upstairs bedrooms look out over the open ocean with access to the upper level balcony through floor to ceiling glass doors. Light reducing window treatments are in place in these rooms as well and all bedrooms in the home are equipped with large, flat screen TVs.

The highlight of this home is the gorgeous, brand new swimming pool with a built in sun-shelf on one end. Beautifully designed and located to catch as much of the Florida Keys sunshine as possible; you won't be able to get the kids, or yourself, out of the pool for any other activities planned! The spacious pool deck is furnished with multiple poolside loungers and more Adirondack chairs situated on the sandy beach area overlooking the pristine ocean water. Cook up your catch of the day in the covered, outdoor kitchen featuring a built-in gas grill and ample counter space.

This home sits directly on the open ocean with 55 ft of seawall that can accomodate up to a 35 ft boat. Since you're docking on open water, please be advised that it can get rough at times and make sure to use large bumpers and extra dock lines to properly secure your boat for these conditions. You can catch your dinner right from the dock or just enjoy watching the extensive sea and wildlife venture by.

Fishy Business has plenty of off street parking available with room for up to four vehicles plus your boat trailer so bring the whole family down or rent with a group for an experience you will never forget!

Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest.

This home is pet friendly with a non refundable pet fee per pet of $150-350+ tax/week depending on the weight of your pet. Cats are not allowed.
