The beaches, diving and fishing in the Florida Keys are among the best in the world. The Florida Keys are 125 miles of the most beautiful islands in the whole world. You will feel like you left the United States and are visiting a Caribbean Island. Within this strand of islands is the city of Marathon. Marathon is made up of 20 Keys, and is the heart of the Florida Keys. Marathon is a tropical getaway for the whole family. For the young to the old everyone will find their favorites in Marathon.

Shore thing is a beautiful, newly built, home located right in the middle of Marathon. Shore Thing features 4 large bedrooms each with their own en suite bath. As you enter this Florida Keys vacation home you walk into the great room with a high end  kitchen,  living room and extra large glass doors to let you enjoy the beautiful outdoors even when inside. Shore Thing has two master suites one on each side of the home with king size beds, walk-in closets, en suites, and their own exits to the patio. Each side of the home also boasts a guest room; one has a Queen size bed while the other has two fulls.  

While the inside of this home is beautiful the outdoors is the real reason to come to this luxury Keys vacation home. The fully fenced outdoor space in this home is like your own private retreat. Featuring a very large swimming pool,and a top of the line outdoor kitchen where you can cook all of your fresh catch from the day. 

Bringing your own boat? This is not a problem as the dock at this home is so large you can dock up to two boats here at the available 70ft of docking. Imagine having your boat docked right behind your home and heading out to the Gulf of Mexico within minutes and the open Atlantic Ocean is just a short 10 minute boat drive. Picture coming back to your home, cleaning the fish right on the dock, throwing it on the grill in your state of the art outdoor kitchen, grabbing a drink at the outdoor bar, and then jumping in the pool to cool off while your dinner is cooking just steps away. All this, and more, is possible at Shore Thing.

Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest.

Coco Plum Vacation Rentals provides a complimentary starter kit of shampoo, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.
