This fabulous Marathon Florida Keys Vacation Rental Resort Home at Indigo Reef is absolutely spectacular. The views of the tranquil, open water of the Gulf of Mexico are amazing from both the upper and lower level deck.
Step out of your Master Suite and into Paradise on your upper-level private deck which features magnificent views of the Florida Keys Sunset. The lower deck boasts equally exquisite sunset views and outdoor seating.
Indigo Reef Homes is laid out beautifully with a deck, fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining plus guest bath on the first level. On the second level, the Master Suite features its own private Master Bathroom and the bedroom opens up to a balcony of its own. There are two more bedrooms on the second level plus an additional guest bathroom for convenience, as well as a Washer and Dryer.

Docking - We can arrange Boat Trailer parking for you and guide you to the best boat ramp for your needs.
Bedrooms/Accommodates (3/6-8) - The master suite features a King mattress; the second bedroom, a Queen mattress; and the third bedroom, two Twin mattresses. This home will sleep 6 people comfortably; however, we can accommodate up to 8 people. Check with us to see if we have a roll away bed to provide at no charge.
Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee to bed for that number. Please read bed description thoroughly. Additional fee for occupant(s) may apply.
Bathrooms (2.5) - There are 2 1/2 bathrooms in total with guest baths on both the upper and lower levels and a private bath for the Master Suite.
Beach/View - This resort home features a remarkable view from both the upper and lower level decks, living room and Master Suite. Sombrero Beach Marathon is a ten-minute drive from the Resort and Coco Plum Beach is only five minutes away.
Limit one vessel per slip, 31' max length of the vessel.

Coco Plum Vacation Rentals provides a complimentary starter kit of shampoo, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.

NO Trailers may be towed into the resort!
The Resort gates will automatically open when approached by car. After you have passed the entry gates, you should drive straight to the first stop and look for the signs that direct you to your unit.
Your home comes with a carport which is located near the unit and it is numbered. You may use this carport only for your primary vehicle. Additional cars may be parked in either of the overflow parking lots located to the left and right of the main drive as you enter the resort.
Parking Passes must be used and additional passes are located in your unit in the house instruction binder.
You are not allowed to park on the grass in front of units for loading or any other purpose. If your vehicle is responsible for damaging the sod or landscape at the resort, the HOA will hold you responsible and submit the bill to Coco Plum Vacation Rentals. The cost will be added to the credit card on file, so please do not park on the grass.
Boat trailers are Strictly Prohibited within the resort grounds. Towing a trailer inside the resort grounds will not be accepted at any time under any circumstances and doing so may result in a fine.
Arrange storage for your trailer in advance and save the headaches of improper planning.
Your home comes with a dock slip which is labeled at its location at the dock. Look for the slip that says villa #58 and slip #57
Your slip is limited to 31 feet overall length. If you are over 31 feet in overall length, it will be your responsibility seek arrangements and relocate your vessel to a marina.
Your home is in a residential neighborhood. We demand that quiet hours are observed after 10 pm
Violators WILL be evicted
If you have a pet-friendly unit and have a recurring problem keeping your pet quiet you will be asked to make Kennel arrangements.
The Fitness room is accessible 24/7 with a key on your house set of keys located inside the home. The center is located at the 1st building on the right when entering the resort.
