Please note that this home is located approximately one mile away in the sister community to Indigo Reef called Coral Lagoon, and is NOT in Indigo Reef. 
 
Coral Lagoon Vacation Rental homes, located at Mile Marker (MM) 53, midway between Key Largo and Key West are an easy commute from the Miami, Fort Lauderdale or Key West Airports. Whether you rent a car or hire the Keys shuttle it is a relaxing and picturesque drive. Relaxation Retreat is one of only 26 homes in the Coral Lagoon Marina Home community.

Coral Lagoon Vacation Rental homes are located adjacent to the Boathouse Marina. Mariners love the convenience of in and out service, fuel, ice, and easy Gulf or Ocean access. The staff at the Boathouse can even arrange to store your boat trailer during your stay.

The Island Escape is a large single family home divided into three separate units. On the first floor is Island Escape 1 a 2/2 unit. Located on the second floor, Island Escape 2 and 3, are large efficiencies with full kitchens. Island Escape 2 has a separate kitchen and a small dining table, while Island Escape 3 has an open concept kitchen with bar stools. Have a good night’s sleep in the queen bed.

These open concept efficiencies have flat screen tvs with cable and WIFI. The entire unit was refurbished in 2016 with casually elegant coastal décor. The living area sofa is a sleeper sofa. If you want to cook your catch or just prepare your own breakfast, Each Island Escape home has a full kitchen with all the dishes and cookware you will need. To make your stay even more relaxing and enjoyable, all your bed linens, towels, and pool towels will be supplied. Should you need to wash laundry your unit has use of a shared washer and dryer for your use. Island Escape is located adjacent to the resort style, heated swimming pool, and bathhouse. Relaxing by the pool is a breeze on the lounge chairs or under the umbrellas.

Grocery stores, gift shops, and numerous bars and restaurants all within a few miles of Island Escape. If you prefer to rent a boat, go on a dive trip, walk the beach or hire a fishing captain all these things and more are possible in your Island Escape Vacation Home.

Due to the fact these are wood framed homes, propane and charcoal grills ARE NOT PERMITTED on/ or around the Coral Lagoon property.

Coral Lagoon Vacation Rentals Information

Kitchens
Fully equipped kitchen with a wide array of appliances and cooking utensils. Should an appliance not work properly it will be replaced upon request within 1 day.

Garbage
Garbage is your responsibility and the dumpsters are located at the back side of the boathouse on the opposite end of the back parking lot and may be better accessed with your car as it is a good walking distance from your home.

Linens
The home is fully equipped with linens, sheets, and towels that you will need. Beach towels are not guaranteed available.

This home does not include a boat slip. If you are interested in bringing or renting a boat while on vacation please contact the Boathouse Marina to see if there are any available slips for rent. They are located on site at Coral Lagoon and can be reached at (305) 481-0653  

Trailer Parking -. Most guests use The Boat House Marina located directly beside Coral Lagoon but below are some other options.
