Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

• The main floor welcomes you with an open-concept living room featuring Cable TV, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a dining area flooded with natural light through large windows equipped with adjustable roller shades for your convenience. On this floor, you'll discover Bedroom 1, furnished with a queen bed, cable TV, and an en-suite bathroom. You will find Bedroom 2 also boasts a queen bed and cable TV. There is a Jack and Jill style bathroom connected to the 2nd bedroom and the hallway. 
•  A unique loft-style room upstairs features 2 sets of twin-sized bunk beds, a crib, and a TV equipped with DVD player, perfect for accommodating additional guests or children. Downstairs, accessed via a separate spiral staircase, you'll find the 2nd living room with cable TV, the 3rd bedroom featuring a king bed and Cable TV, and the 3rd bathroom with a tub shower.

• Step outside to discover the beauty of Key Colony Beach! Enjoy complimentary access to a kayak and three bicycles for exploring the area. The second-floor patio with comfortable furniture and a gas grill invites you to indulge in a cookout while relishing serene canal views. • In-unit washer and dryer - located in main floor hallway, across from Jack and Jill restroom.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest, this includes children & infants.

-Rentals are Sat-Sat during Peak and Holiday season

-If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately.
